Limited 2 year Warranty


CatEye products are warranted to be free of defects from materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of the original purchase. If the product fails to work due to normal use, CatEye America will repair or replace the defective product at no charge. (Accessories and deterioration of the battery are excluded). Service must be performed by CatEye America or an authorized retailer. 

Contact CatEye America at 1.800.522.8393 or email service@cateye.com to have a warranty case issued. The complete product, including all applicable sensors, must be returned for the claim to be valid. Clearly write the issued case number on the outside of the return packaging. Insurance, handling and transportation charges to CatEye shall be borne by the person desiring service.

The sales receipt or a completed warranty certificate (located in your product manual) is required to complete any warranty related claim. If the receipt cannot be provided, and the product was purchased locally, please instruct the retailer where the product was purchased to contact us to submit the claim on your behalf.
