Unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus any applicable shipping charges. Refunds can only be processed for products purchased directly from Cateye America. Products may not be exchanged for another product of similar value or otherwise. The product must be unused in the original retail packaging and all packaging, materials, accessories, and manuals must be in new, re-sellable condition.  Up to a 50% restocking fee may be applied to returned item(s) that are damaged, missing parts or are materially different than how they were originally shipped to the buyer.

Restocking fees may apply depending on the condition of the product upon return. Blemished products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Damaged product or missing items may be subject up to 50% restocking fee. It is the responsibility of the consumer to determine suitability of the product prior to purchase. Please contact us prior to purchase and we can advise you which of our products will best suit your needs. If you need to return a product, please see our return guidelines listed below:

All return requests must be issued a return authorization number prior to returning the product. 

Please give us a call at our toll-free number 1-800-522-8393 or email to have a return authorization number issued on your behalf. Return requests shipped without a return authorization number will require confirmation and can significantly delay the return process.

Please allow 7-10 days for refunds from credit card purchases to post to your account.

Please write the return authorization case number on the outside of the packaging. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is a result of an error on our behalf. If we ship the wrong item, we will issue a pre-paid shipping label to have the item returned at our expense. Please report any missing or damaged items promptly after receipt of the product.
