Through this unprecedented time, we wanted to let you know that CatEye America is open for business. With the spread of COVID-19, CatEye America is following all recommended policies and practices to stay safe and best support you in the time ahead.

As a small business, we are able to continue operations by adhering to social distancing, while also maintaining the highest level of safety and sanitization. We want you to know that the safety of our employees and our customers is our #1 priority. We will remain open to support our customers as long as it is safe to do so.


Customer Service

Our Customer Service line will remain open during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm MST. Please note that call waiting times may be longer than normal and we will do our best to respond to all inquiries as they are received. We will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours with the exception of holidays and weekends.

Warranty/ Return Claims

Warranty and return claims will continue to be received and processed. Please note that there may be an additional 1-2 days turnaround time in processing returns and warranty claims.

Shipping

All shipping services are continuing per usual. Orders received before 11am MST will be processed same day. Please note that there may be an additional 1-2 days turnaround depending on volume and the shipping provider selected for you order. 1-800-5-CATEYE or email us at service@cateye.com. All consumer orders should be shipped to residential addresses only to prevent delays/returns.
